I created this blog as a resource for people interested in reading about, learning more of, referencing to and discussing real estate matters. My intention is to focus on current news and statistics affecting the real estate industry. Initially, I will be blogging on the Canadian real estate industry with a goal of "going global" over time. I will be posting comments on both the commercial and residential sectors, news on private and public companies, and general sources of real estate information. Since I have a background in securities analysis, I have a tendency to focus on facts and deriving conclusions from numbers-based research.
